Gear & Safety
Q: Do I need my own surfboard or wetsuit?
A: No—surfboards and wetsuits can be provided. If you already own gear, you’re welcome to bring it and we’ll subtract $50 dollars from total lesson cost.
Q: Is it safe?
A: Absolutely. Safety is the top priority. Lessons begin with ocean awareness, surf etiquette, and beach safety before entering the water. Paul is experienced in teaching both kids and adults with a calm, supportive approach.
Q: What if the conditions are bad?
A: Surf is dependent on the ocean, and sometimes conditions aren’t ideal. If the waves or weather aren’t safe or surfable, lessons will be rescheduled at no charge.
